Obstacle Racing is trending in performance training and recROC’s obstacle course is world-class.

Virtual Fitness at recROC offers an array of workouts to complement your training program with cardio, strength, or body and mind classes from Les Mills.

Group Fitness Training

  • ROCFit Warrior full-body workout on a “spartan” level! Obstacle elements are added to traditional fitness routines and equipment for a unique and challenging workout experience. Tues 6:30 – 7:30 pm   $30 Member/$50 Nonmember monthly or $15 drop in per class
  • Rise & Grind Boot Camp early morning performance fitness with unique elements  M/W/F 5-5:30 am*  (special hours open just for Boot Camp!)  FREE for recROC Members; $15 Nonmember Drop-In per class
  • New! Group Functional Fitness – Each Monday 6-6:45 pm  Discover a fun way to get fit with friends in a small group without relying on lots of equipment. Train to use your own body weight to be stronger, faster, and fit.  $30 Member  $50 nonmember $15 drop in
