Customer Service Team Member

We are looking for an upbeat and positive person to join the front desk team at our fitness, bouldering, and obstacle training facility! Must be knowledgeable and able to actively promote upcoming events, programs, and membership options to all of our members and guests.  You will be required to conduct sales of guest passes, initiate memberships, charge for services as well as greet members & guests, answer calls..

• Part-time position approximately 15 hours/week.
• Must have availability evenings and weekends.
• PC computer skills a must.
• Must have proper money handling skills.
• Responsible for processing program registrations and memberships as well as answering the phone and assisting members with a variety of tasks.
• The ability to multi-task is important.
• You will be key in communicating proper information to members and guests.
• Must be able to move and climb a ladder to adjust of tighten holds on the wall.
• Age 18+

Boulder Route Setters

Lititz recROC is looking for passionate, accomplished, knowledgeable, and skillful route-setters to join our team!  Bimonthly opportunities to re-set the wall, and unique event opportunities through the year to expand and add complexity to routes.

Part-time positions for outgoing, knowledgeable individuals who want to share their passion for climbing and/or fitness with participants of all ages and abilities.
