We are excited to announce that both our Men’s & Women’s locker rooms have brand new saunas up and running for our members!
Dry saunas offer several potential health benefits including pain relief, stress reduction, improved cardiovascular health, and potential cognitive benefits amongst other believed benefits. Check out these popular benefits from using saunas pre & post-exercise:
